Buzz in Headlight

I've got an annoying buzz in my headlight at low rpms. I've taken it apart several times and can't find the culprit.

Anyone have this problem?

I replaced the bulb with an 80-watt bulb, but I doubt that's the problem. It seems to be firmly fixed in the assembly.
